Any opened packages are not accepted! No returns or exchanges allowed for sanitary reasons.
Refunds may only be issued if the package arrives damaged. With proof of damage & an order confirmation, the order will be refunded (excluding shipping fees).
Incorrect Address?
If there is an error in your address, reach out to tesoraglow@gmail.com as soon as possible with the correct address! If your order has been packed or shipped, the primary address will remain.​
Package Sent Back?
Tesora Glow is not responsible for returned packages. If your package is sent back, it is most likely due to an incomplete or incorrect address. When filling out your address, please remember to type your FULL address! And double check!
